This "HELP" feature will enable you to use the "SEARCH" page to find the information you want. The SEARCH page is a list of all the topics that Healthinfo4u contains articles on, in alphabetical order. Follow the easy steps below to find the information you want on the topic you are interested in.

1. You can find the topic you want by scrolling down the complete list using the mouse, then follow steps 3-7 below.

2. Or you can use the alphabet at the top of the page to find your topic, for example:
- For "hay fever" click on "H" with the mouse,
- You will be taken to all the topics beginning with H,
- Look down the list to find hay fever.

3. When you find your chosen topic, click on it, and you will see a new screen listing all of the articles that may be of interest to you,

4. When you have chosen an article, it may have a "VIEW?" box above the title, and to read it immediately on screen click this box.

To view the articles you have to enter in a username and password in the box in the right hand corner, click here for more details.

5. If there is no "VIEW?" box you can instead request free delivery of the article to your home. To do this click on the "ORDER THIS ARTICLE" box. When you reach the bottom of each page of articles, there will be an order form that automatically stores each article you wish to order from that page.

6. If at any time you change your mind about your selected article(s), simply click on the "ORDER" box again, and your selection(s) will be removed.

7. To place your order, you must read the copyright statement and click the "AGREE" box. Then simply type in your name and address in the boxes below. By clicking on "SUBMIT", you will complete your order. You should receive your article(s) within 10 days.
